Anthony Wayne Area

The house did its job.
Here's to whatever's next.

The big yard, the extra bedrooms, the school district — they mattered. Maybe they still do. And when you're ready for the next chapter, your neighbors at Meridian will walk the journey with you. At your pace.

A family brokerage at The Shoppes at Fallen Timbersthirty years in Northwest Ohio, Anthony Wayne grads who never strayed far from home, and not a script in the building.
Every story on this page starts the same way: with a family, a house that did its job, and a question about what comes next.

Once, on Main Street

Before we sold homes, we made the memories that hung on the walls inside them.

For twenty years, Angie Rose and her family ran Rose Photography in Swanton — weddings, graduating seniors, new babies coming home to new houses. Their promise then was creating tomorrow's memories today. Two decades of standing quietly in the corner of Northwest Ohio's biggest moments teaches you what a house is actually for.

An Anthony Wayne grad, a Rotary president, a business owner here since 1996. Angie built Meridian on one belief: the only client worth having is one who's actually ready.

So whenever that is — that's when we start.

Chapter Two — The Wondering

The house is the start of the journey, not the point of it.

Nobody actually wants to sell a house. They want what's on the other side of it. Here's how the wondering usually begins.

01

The number you've wondered about

Years in the same home in the Anthony Wayne area usually means real equity. Knowing your honest number — not a website estimate — is how the next chapter gets planned. No obligation comes with knowing.

02

The rooms nobody opens anymore

Rooms nobody opens. A yard that takes the whole Saturday. When the house starts working against the life, it's worth a conversation — even if the answer is "stay."

03

Where would you even go?

The journey goes somewhere. Everyone's somewhere is different:

When it's time, you'll know

Three weeks out or three years out — both are the right pace. Most folks we help started the conversation long before they were "ready." That's exactly how it should work.

Chapter Three — The Road

A journey, not a transaction.

Four steps, walked together. You set the speed of every one of them.

1

Talk

A conversation, not a pitch. Where you are, where you might want to be, and whether now is even the right time.

2

The honest numbers

What your home is realistically worth, what the next place costs, and what the move actually leaves you with.

3

The plan

Timing, prep, and the path to your next place — built around your life, not a listing calendar.

4

The move

We handle the road. You focus on the destination.

Your Chapter, Whenever You're Ready

Let's figure this out together.

Tell us where you are in the journey — even if that's "just thinking about it." No call lists. No follow-up campaigns. A real person reads this, and we go at your pace.

Angela was absolutely amazing to work with! Being a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous. She walked me through every single step and promptly answered all my questions. She was extremely flexible with working around my schedule when touring houses and filling out paperwork. Whether it was late night phone calls, rushing to get paperwork around, or reaching out to people to push things along, she was there. Thank you for all your hard work, Angela!

Angela Rose was amaaaaazing! There were a lot of obstacles that I had personally, but she made the selling process seamless and smooth. She is extremely knowledgeable and was empathetic towards my situation. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that wants to buy or sell a house.

From needing special accommodations to our son in a wheelchair, and being patient being that it’s our first home purchase, Angela was nothing but patient and knowledgeable! Highly recommend her to everyone looking into the home buying process.
